We are pleased that you are happy with most of the care your Mum receives and understand how difficult it can be for vulnerable people when changes have to be made to their service, although we always support continuity of care wherever this is possible. We've been in touch since you completed your review and discussed the issues you mention with you.  The staff member you referred to will attend further moving and handling training, please rest assured that this training has returned to the classroom environment as soon as it was possible, following more stability in relation to the coronavirus pandemic. We do realise the frustration that can result from any short notice changes to a service and are sorry if any inconvenience or upset has been caused due to circumstances beyond our control, throughout recent times.
