Thank you for your feedback. I believe we discussed the issue you have with staff shadowing last week during our review, as it is not usual for experienced care staff to shadow on a visit. On the rare occasion you have received a different carer due to sickness or holiday, the staff member has been fully updated about the call and your husband's care needs prior to visiting. As a company, we never send staff in blind to any visit. All staff are very experienced and well trained in the delivery of care. Thank you for taking time to review us.
