Thank you for taking the time to complete the review. <br>It is sad you feel this way as you have been a valued service user for over 5 years.<br>I have personally audited your rotas for the last 2 months and have been pleased with the consistent call times and carers.<br>Our staff retention is good and we are very supportive to our staff which is evidenced on our Facebook page and quality assurance feedback.<br>Your recent care review on the 3rd March 2022 evidenced you were satisfied with all aspects of your care, so none of the above concerns were raised at this meeting.
