I have personally audited your rotas for the last 2 months and have been pleased with the consistent call times and carers.
Our staff retention is good and we are very supportive to our staff which is evidenced on our Facebook page and quality assurance feedback.
Your recent care review on the 3rd March 2022 evidenced you were satisfied with all aspects of your care, so none of the above concerns were raised at this meeting.
