We are sorry you felt this way.  As mentioned adult social services informed us that we could terminate your care and that they would be sourcing alternative care for you, but as I am led to understand you have requested a change in your social worker so I hope they resolve this matter for you in a timely manner.  Again, I apologise for the circumstances that have brought us here, but I wish you all the best in finding another care provider to facilitate for your needs.
