We are very sorry we have fallen short of your expectations however we had no alternative but to withdraw our services from the care package we were providing for your child. We always do our best to work with our clients and their relatives but there comes a point when we can no longer put up with our staff being subjected to the level of abuse, they have suffered from yourself. It is totally untrue to say we don't think about all our clients and how our level of care impacts on each aspect of their care, our team are devastated we have had to walk away from the care of your child, but you have left us with no alternative.<br><br>If we address some of the comments you have stated as "facts". Our staff turnover is extremely low, and our retention is 70% better than the sector average and we haven't lost any staff members. <br><br>I am truly sorry that we couldn't continue to provide care. I wish you luck finding a replacement care company and would urge you not to treat them the same way.
