We are really sorry that you didn't feel happy with the standard of care received and our Registered Manager has been in touch since your review to discuss the points made. We understand that no issues were reported to us at the time and we strongly recommend that if ever a service user (or their family members) are unhappy with any element of the services received, they let us know by contacting our local office as soon as possible. This enables us to deal with any issues as needed and to put actions in place promptly, to ensure these are addressed. Please rest assured that all Government guidance has been followed throughout the pandemic and our policies around PPE reflect this accordingly, you confirmed that the member of staff this related to has now left our company but we would always ask that any issues are reported to us, to enable us to deal with them as needed.
