All the carers who attended you have gone through an interview and induction process and were English speaking though the staff who attended your call were not English, we promote equality and diversity, and have staff from all backgrounds. Your package of care was put in place for a brief time to discharge you from the hospital and you stayed with us only 12 days and then you moved out of Leicester to a different town. Unfortunately, you did not have enough time to get to know the carer and experience the excellent care we offer to many of our existing clients.
However, we are sorry to note that within 12 days your overall experience was not Excellent as you have expected. I have checked the record and noticed there are no phone calls asking for a regular carer or any specific carer that you have mentioned to us in our initial assessment. It is always best to speak to the management if you have any concerns so that things can be improved.
