Thank you for your review, I cannot agree enough, the carers are very helpful and friendly. <br>I am sorry that the morning call times are not what you would like. As I have personally discussed with you, we do everything we possibly can to accommodate the timings you request, unfortunately on some occasions, due to other factors, we cannot accommodate every request we receive.<br>I would like to thank you for your review again and your kind works about the care and support our fantastic carers provide, I will pass this onto them.
