Thank you for your feedback. We were somewhat surprised with the above comments, so we contacted the family to address any of their concerns and improve the service for them where possible. The family informed me that the review had been misconstrued as they are very happy with the service, they commented about the accent and that it was based on that their father having problems with his hearing aids but did not have an issue with how the staff communicated to him, they also would prefer their father to not get up earlier as suggested on their previous comments. Caring Bird contacted Homecare.co.uk, as the review was not factual. Homecare.co.uk refused to verify it with the author and informed us that it will be published despite it not being factual. We are an equal opportunity employer who does not discriminate, and our staff are trained to the same highest level. We also welcome feedback as this helps us shape our service, however for us to act accordingly we prefer factual feedback.
