We do often find potential clients can be resistant to care - it's a big step into the unknown and it can be difficult for some to accept that they would benefit from receiving care and companionship.  I am so pleased that we have been able to reassure your cousin and show her that receiving care from Home Instead does not mean relinquishing her independence but developing professional relationships that can enhance and promote this.
