Thank you Z H for taking the time to write about our company. <br>Despite being a provider to your family member for over ten years where there have been very little to no issues, it has only just now become apparent to you that we have failed to take any interest in your parents well being / care. For nearly ten years we have strived to provide the best possible care and have always worked closely with the family to ensure the client has maximum choice in their care. It is a shame that only now when you have been involved with the care needs, that you feel this way. We have always been content with dealing with your other family members and all issues if any were always resolved. <br>Consistency has always been the key to the successful upkeep of this care package, if management was so poor the long term sustainability of the package would not have survived. Management went to the extent that for a period of extra need, the agency provided additional support without payment!
