We are so sorry you feel this way and there have been issues regarding the service provided to your daughter. As a care charity your daughter's wellbeing is our utmost priority and I believe about some of the issues you mention such as ‘overdosing’ this was not with our organisation and is an allegation to the company who provided your daughter's care prior to April 4th.<br>As you know, there is an ongoing concern issue within your daughter’s call relating to an individual who has been within your daughter’s property whilst our carers attend the call. Our priority is the safety of your daughter and the safety of our carers which has been raised to yourself. We have spoken on the phone and a member of the team has also spoken with your daughter.<br>Our carers have a fond relationship with your daughter and want to provide the best service possible.
