Thank you for the review. A carer will only be replaced if they are not available themselves due to illness, annual leave, or other reasons of absence from work. We will always strive to provide a carer that is familiar and you are comfortable with, with as much prior notice as possible. Your comments will be followed up to ensure we continue to provide the best possible service going forward, but also to ensure any communication around any unavoidable changes happens with as much notice as possible.
