Feedback from the people we care for or their families is really important to us as it reflects that our care staff are following the management's guidelines, training and ethos whilst delivering care. Our carers loved providing care for your mum and developed a very close bond with her in a very short space of time.  We hope they were able to make her as comfortable as could be in the latter stage of her life. We are all very sorry at her passing, and our sincere condolences to you and the rest of the family.
