Unfortunately, our rapid response team do work across north or south areas and therefore will have calls in different locations. However, we do try to coordinate the runs to prevent too much travel.
In addition, due to the nature of different contracts, this can mean that packages on the same street will not receive the same carers as different clients have different needs. This is reflected through the contract in which they are referred to us. I hope this helps.
