It was unfortunate that the review writer who is not the direct relative could write a false review against the company who did their best in looking after the client. The direct relative was OK with our services. But from the very first day, this review writer was unfriendly to the carers without any known reason. The client was given the best of care and the carers spent extra time giving her the best of attention. We are using a digital clocking system, which was explained to the relative. That on request, any information will be emailed/texted to them. They were well informed of any changes via email and text messages. As much as the client was very happy with all visits, the review writer was never friendly to the carers which makes the carers very uncomfortable when she is around. Giving the company a bad review is not coming as a surprise because she never appreciated our effort from the beginning.
