You raised the concerns you had with me today 22/06/2022 @ 10:51am for the first time. I apologised for the carer's behaviour and told you to leave it with me and I will get back to you. On the same note whilst making the complaint, you compliment one of the carer that was with your dad today. I am sorry to hear your experience with Oaktree Homecare Services has not been the best so far but you have just raised a complaint with me today 22/06/2022 and have not given me a chance to respond and get back to you. We have a monitoring system and based on the system log in, the carers have attended all visits. You also explained to me that the carers are very well experienced. I am surprised to read such a review on the same day you have made the complaint, without giving me the chance to respond and deal with it.
