Job summary
Duties:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or
in a care facility
- Assist with activities of daily living,
such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication
according to prescribed instructions
- Assist with meal
preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such
as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional
support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments and
outings as needed
- Document client progress and report any
changes or concerns to supervisor
