Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care team and ensure the delivery of exceptional care services. As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care, fostering a positive working environment, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire the care team, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining exceptional levels of quality and safety in line with CQC guidelines.
- Client-Centered Care: Promote person-centered care practices that enhance the quality of Life for our clients.
- Staff Development: Develop a high-performing care team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgetary responsibilities, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance systems, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication channels, including staff, clients, families, and regulatory bodies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Completion of KPI's and liaise directly with Directors.
- On call phone.
Qualifications:
- Registered Manager Status: Hold a valid level 5 Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or care sector.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant care regulations and standards.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-Centered Approach: A commitment to delivering person-centred care services.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Budget Management: Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
- Passion: A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of clients.
