Job Overview:
As a Carer, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and delivering person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Support individuals with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and moving assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary requirements.
• Administer medication following care plans and company policies.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with individual care plans and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a caring role is preferred but not essential.
• A caring and compassionate nature with a commitment to improving the lives of others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
• Relevant care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care) are desirable but not essential.
