Job summary
Are you a compassionate, dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We’re currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team, delivering high-quality care to our service users in a home care setting. Key Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

Supporting service users with mobility, meals, and hydration

Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting changes

Providing emotional support and companionship

Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times

Working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential – full training provided

Skills / Qualifications:
