Consummate Care is now recruiting for full & part time Health Care Assistants to join our expanding team in Coventry.
We are looking for caring and compassionate people who are passionate about making a genuine difference to people’s lives and will provide person centred care and support to our clients within the comfort of their own homes.
We currently have a variety of contract hours available, with various shift patterns between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Areas covered: CV1, CV2, CV4, CV5, CV6, CV3 and surrounding areas with the view to expand.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with personal hygiene and bathing
- Support with shopping, meal planning and preparation
- Light domestic tasks and general household duties
- Assist with prescribed medication
- Support clients with accessing the community and provide companionship
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- Experience in caring for others preferable, however full training arranged
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Patient and empathetic
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, committed and professional
- Flexible to work alternative weekends

Skills / Qualifications:
- NVQ in Health and Social Care desirable but not essential
