Are you a Homecare Assistant looking for a new position? Our client is urgently looking for Homecare Assistant to provide support in meeting all daily living needs/ activities to suit the wishes of the client, In the comfort of their own homes.

Schedule:
• 6-hour shift/12-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

The Ideal candidate must have.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential).
• Desire to work in the Care Sector
• Positive attitude towards vulnerable people (essential)
• Hold a full driving license (preferred but not essential)

Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing and serving meals/snacks
• Assisting with medication
• Keep all relevant records up to date and private as directed by the line manager.
• Assisting with moving and handling of residents and service users, utilising safe moving and handling practices.
• Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
• To build relationships with residents and their families to ensure they/their loved ones are safe and well cared for.
