Melody Care is a trusted, award-winning home care provider delivering exceptional care across Hampshire and Surrey. We are now looking for a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Farnborough branch.

This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the success of a growing branch while ensuring outstanding care and support for both clients and carers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the branch

• Overseeing care delivery, safeguarding, and compliance with CQC regulations

• Recruiting, supporting, and mentoring your team – including Deputy Manager, Coordinators, and Supervisors

• Growing the business by developing new care packages and nurturing client relationships

• Ensuring accurate records, care planning, audits, and quality assurance

• Driving high standards of service delivery while fostering a positive, supportive team culture

• Participating in on-call duties and supporting emergency care when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in home care management or senior leadership role

• (QCF) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Confidence in building and motivating a team

• A passion for high-quality care and professional development
