We’re setting up a dedicated home care service in the St Albans area, and we’re looking for full-time carers with weekend availability to help us build something exceptional from the ground up.

No experience? No problem. We offer:

What You’ll Do

  • Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs to remain safe and independent at home
  • Deliver compassionate care with a personal touch—no rushed visits (30-minute minimum call times)
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients in your local community

What We Offer

Guaranteed Hours, Great Pay, and Perks That Matter

  • Respite Calls: £12.60–£13.20/hour
  • Homecare Calls:
  • £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
  • £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
  • £15.25/hour (Weekends)
  • £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)
  • Paid travel time (up to 1 hour per shift) + 45p per mile mileage
  • Pension, company sick pay, free DBS and company phone
  • Mental Health First Aiders, Blue Light Card access, regular wellbeing activities

What You’ll Need

  • A full driving licence and access to a car
  • Weekend availability
  • A kind heart, reliability, and a willingness to learn
