Be Part of Something New in St Albans
We’re setting up a dedicated home care service in the St Albans area, and we’re looking for full-time carers with weekend availability to help us build something exceptional from the ground up.
No experience? No problem. We offer:

What You’ll Do
- Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs to remain safe and independent at home
- Deliver compassionate care with a personal touch—no rushed visits (30-minute minimum call times)
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients in your local community
What We Offer
Guaranteed Hours, Great Pay, and Perks That Matter
- Respite Calls: £12.60–£13.20/hour
- Homecare Calls:
- £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
- £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
- £15.25/hour (Weekends)
- £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)
- Paid travel time (up to 1 hour per shift) + 45p per mile mileage
- Pension, company sick pay, free DBS and company phone
- Mental Health First Aiders, Blue Light Card access, regular wellbeing activities
What You’ll Need
- A full driving licence and access to a car
- Weekend availability
- A kind heart, reliability, and a willingness to learn
