Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients in following their care plans to ensure their specific needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client well-being.
  • Help clients with mobility and physical activities as required.
  • Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs while promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social outings when necessary.
  • Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately in IT systems.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A good understanding of care plans and the ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
  • Candidates should possess a valid driving licence to facilitate transportation of clients when needed.
