Role Overview:
We are looking for self-employed Support Workers to provide practical, emotional, and everyday support to individuals across the UK. You can work in domiciliary care (home support), live-in care, or supported living environments, depending on your preferences and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with everyday activities like cooking, cleaning, shopping, or attending appointments
Support independence, build confidence, and encourage community engagement
Offer companionship and emotional support
Help with routines in home care, live-in care, or supported living settings
Promote a respectful, empowering environment
Document support provided and report any changes or concerns

Requirements:
Experience in a support-based or care-related role
DBS certificate (or willing to obtain)
Caring, proactive, and adaptable personality
Right to work in the UK
