We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Field Care Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our Weybridge branch.

Your Role- As a Field Care Supervisor, you will:

· Conduct client risk assessments, care planning, and regular reviews

· Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance

· Monitor and support care workers to ensure high-quality service delivery

· Ensure continuity and appropriateness of care for each service user

· Supervise and mentor new care staff

· Liaise with social workers, placement teams, and other professionals

· Conduct spot checks and cover short-notice absences when needed

· Report feedback to the Branch Manager and maintain KPIs

· Participate in the on-call rota to support branch operations
