We have a variety of part-time and full-time contracted positions. We pay £12.50 per hour once you have completed our free one-day City & Guilds Alzheimer’s training course. On evenings and weekends, this is increased to £13.00.

Our clients have a variety of needs, so no two days are ever the same. You may be asked to help prepare someone a meal, support them with getting washed and ready for their day or to take medications.

Maybe they fancy a trip to the garden centre or need help with their weekly shop. They might even need accompanying to their beloved bingo afternoon!

All of this makes up the role of a Care Professional at Home Instead.

What do you need to be successful with us?

Good communication skills – talking to clients and building strong relationships

Resilience

Trustworthiness and reliability

The desire to make a positive difference to your clients’ lives

Having a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferable
