We're now hiring part-time care staff in Chorley who want to care with heart – and work somewhere that respects it.

The Role – What You’ll Do:

• Work 2–3 full days a week (between 8am–9pm with breaks)
• OR choose half-day shifts to suit your lifestyle
• Support a small group of regular clients – no endless call-hopping
• Provide thoughtful care for people living with:
• Dementia
• Chronic illness
• Learning disabilities
• Mental health conditions
• End-of-life care
• Make time for what matters – not just tasks, but genuine connection

What You’ll Need:

• A driving licence and your own car
• Either care experience or a genuine desire to learn and make a difference
• A warm, dependable nature and a heart for people

What We Offer:

• Pay up to £12.50 per hour, with increases based on loyalty, skill and contribution
• Mileage reimbursed (if over 10 miles per day)
• Training and shadowing (fully paid)
• DBS refunded after three months
• A small, friendly team led by people with nursing and social work backgrounds
