Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Care Assistant
- Valid driving license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Enhanced DBS check, preferably registered on the DBS Update Service
Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes within the Dorset area. Your role will involve assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being.
Key Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, respecting the dignity and privacy of clients.
- Safely transport clients to appointments, outings, and activities as needed, utilizing your driving skills and experience.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families, promoting a caring and empathetic environment.
- Follow care plans and contribute to their development and revision as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of clients at all times, reporting any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
