Job Overview:
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be a
key point of contact for our clients, their families, and our care
staff. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive
outstanding service and care. This position requires strong
communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage
multiple tasks while maintaining a client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients,
families, and care staff, providing consistent communication and
support.
- Gather feedback from clients and care staff to ensure
all stakeholder needs are met effectively and on time.

Regularly review and assess client satisfaction to ensure the highest
standards of care are being met and reporting any concerns to senior
management.
- Manage client inquiries and concerns, offering
solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in care
staff logistics, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of
care.
- Conduct follow-up calls to monitor the quality of care
and resolve any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the
management team to ensure operational activities are in line with
organisational g strategies and reflect the evolving needs of the
business.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Person Specification:
- Experience in a customer service role
is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and
written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and
their families.
- Excellent organisational and time management
skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Empathy
and a passion for helping others, with a focus on delivering
exceptional client care.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient
in using office software and client management systems.
- DBS
check and right to work in the UK required.
