Job Overview:
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, their families, and our care staff. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and care. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and care staff, providing consistent communication and support.
- Gather feedback from clients and care staff to ensure all stakeholder needs are met effectively and on time.
- Regularly review and assess client satisfaction to ensure the highest standards of care are being met and reporting any concerns to senior management.
- Manage client inquiries and concerns, offering solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in care staff logistics, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of care.
- Conduct follow-up calls to monitor the quality of care and resolve any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure operational activities are in line with organisational g strategies and reflect the evolving needs of the business.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with marketing and outreach teams to help develop strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction.

Person Specification:
- Experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Empathy and a passion for helping others, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software and client management systems.
- DBS check and right to work in the UK required.
