A Health & Wellbeing Associate is our version of a carer — but with a difference. This role includes the traditional responsibilities of care, such as supporting with daily routines and personal care, while placing equal importance on wellbeing, companionship, and the small details that bring joy to everyday life.

As a Health & Wellbeing Associate, you’ll make a real impact. You’ll bring connection, reliability, and meaning to someone’s day — whether that’s sharing stories, going for a walk, or simply being a trusted companion.

What you’ll receive:?

  • £13.50-£14.50 per hour, dependent on experience

  • 1 hrs paid a week for your own development

  • A Wellbeing Specialist supporting you and your own wellbeing

  • Part time or Full time hours: choose between 16-40 hours per week

Skills / Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of professional care experience
  • A caring nature and ability to build relationships
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Right to work in the UK
