We’re looking for kind, reliable people to join our team of Domiciliary Carers in South-East London. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others and wants a rewarding role where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals who are looking to grow with us. You will be starting on a part-time basis and gradually work up to full-time, if desired.

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting with mobility and medication
  • Preparing meals and keeping the home tidy
  • Running errands like shopping or collecting prescriptions
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation

-* £13.85 per hour* – aligned to the London Living Wage
- 30p per mile paid between calls
- Referral bonus when your referral passes probation

What we’re looking for

  • A caring, patient, and dependable nature
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Willingness to learn and support others
  • A driving licence and your own car (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and senior care practices is beneficial
  • Skills in first aid and behaviour management are advantageous
  • Experience in home care settings is preferred but not essential
