We’re now seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our senior team and help lead day-to-day operations, compliance, and service delivery across our London branches.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting a team of care coordinators, field supervisors, and care staff

  • Overseeing care delivery to ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies

  • Conducting assessments, care planning, and reviews with clients and their families

  • Monitoring rostering, risk assessments, and staff training

  • Working closely with the Registered Manager and Directors to develop and grow the service

  • Building strong relationships with local authorities, NHS partners, and private clients

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Leadership & Management (or equivalent)

  • Has previous managerial or senior supervisory experience within domiciliary / homecare services in London

  • Has strong knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and compliance frameworks

  • Is proactive, organised, and confident in managing teams and clients in a busy environment

  • Demonstrates excellent communication, professionalism, and empathy
