Role Overview:
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our residents with personal care, daily activities, and providing companionship. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure that the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Support residents with mobility and daily living activities.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship.

  • Help with meal preparation and feeding where needed.

  • Administer medication and maintain accurate care records.

  • Communicate with families and other healthcare professionals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but not essential.

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable.

  • A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
