The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Care Manager or Junior Registered Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop quickly, take ownership, and help shape the future of a growing care service.
You will play a key role in both operational delivery and business development, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and excellent care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service

Ensure high standards of care, quality assurance, and CQC compliance

Contribute to business development, growth, and client acquisition

Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and professionals

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of care staff

Carry out care assessments, reviews, and quality monitoring

Promote a positive, values-led culture focused on doing things properly
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or Junior Registered Manager within domiciliary care

Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements

Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress into senior leadership

Business-minded with a focus on sustainable growth and quality

Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care

Confident, organised, and able to work independently

Willingness to grow with the company and make the role their own
