DILIGENT SUPPORT WORKER NEEDED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

The Role

As a Support workerr, you'll provide essential care and support to our clients in our homes - Care homes and Supported living accomodations. We help individuals maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the care they need.

What You'll Do

·  Assist with personal care and daily living activities

·  Support to prepare meals and encouragement to eat

·  Support with medication administration according to care plans

·  Provide companionship and emotional support

·  Monitor and report client’s general status to supervisors

·  Help with light housekeeping related to client care

-  Support with community visits and shopping trips

-  Manage client moods and excesses
