About us

Jewel Home Support is one of the largest independent providers of care and support for people living in Bolton and the surrounding areas. We support individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, offering care that is responsive, flexible, and centred around each person’s needs. When people look for care for themselves or their loved ones, they want reassurance that they are receiving the right care, at the right time, and at a fair cost. They also need clear communication and a service that makes arranging care as simple and stress-free as possible — sometimes at very short notice.

This is the approach we take at Jewel Home Support, and it has been fundamental to our success. Ours is a people-focused industry, and the way we deliver care truly matters. We look for staff with the right attitude and values, and we provide thorough training, close supervision, and ongoing support. Our guiding principle is simple: we deliver the same standard of care that we would expect for our own friends and family.
