Job Title: Care Assistant / Support Worker

Superfast Care UK is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing homecare team across London. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults, elderly individuals, and children in their own homes, supporting them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

• Supporting clients with daily routines, medication prompts, and meal preparation

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with mobility and promoting independence

• Following personalised care plans and maintaining accurate records

• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and the management team

Requirements:

• A caring, patient, and respectful approach

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

• Reliability and flexibility to meet client needs

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

• Right to work in the UK
