Job summary

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting with medication in line with care plans
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
- Maintaining and updating care records
- Offering companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
- Assisting with shopping, errands, and promoting independence
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Working collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver high-quality support
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible availability to include every-other weekend is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle
