Job summary

M&C Home Support Ltd is a friendly and growing domiciliary care company looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused Part-Time Administration Assistant (15 hours/ per week) to support our office team and work closely with the Director of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience who understands the importance of confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy within a care setting.

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in both digital and paper formats, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Assisting with the preparation, organisation, and ongoing maintenance of staff files, including onboarding and compliance documentation.
  • Supporting the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational coordination.
  • Carrying out data entry and updating internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Filing, scanning, and managing documents to ensure records are well organised and easily accessible.
  • Liaising with carers in a professional and supportive manner to assist with day-to-day operational needs.

  • Previous administration experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and compliance (care sector experience desirable).
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
