After offering an outstanding level of education to Premier Care carers, the Premier Care Academy is now offering qualifications and apprenticeships externally. The aim of Premier Care Academy is to increase overall standards of care by providing high quality education to care workers.
This move by the training academy comes after the creation of a new website (www.premiercareacademy.co.uk), and the establishment of the Academy's offices. Now from their location at Pleasley Landmark Centre, Mansfield, the Premier Care Academy are offering apprenticeships and diploma programmes to care employers.
All of the tutors employed by the Academy have extensive experience in care and an ideal skill set for passing on their knowledge and experience.
Not only does putting carers through Health and Social Care qualifications help with CQC ratings, but it can also help your business in a large number of ways. Up skilling your staff can increase employee satisfaction and lead to better staff retention. Better staff retention and better skilled staff leads to a better quality of care.
The Head of the Premier Care Academy said, "We are excited to begin to work with care employers in the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area to help develop carers and raise care standards. Helping carers to gain qualifications is ideal for employers looking to increase staff retention and pave a career pathway for their workers".
