WE ALL STAND TOGETHER

Based on the "Frog Chorus" We all stand together", written by Paul McCartney, the underlying moral of the songs words are: "Win or lose, Sink or swim, One thing is certain we'll never give in, Side by side, Hand in hand We all stand together!"

That is imperative for Care teams to know. The "great Divide" must stop between carers and Offices, and each must back the other, shoulder to shoulder. If Office staff need to jump in with care, so be it. But carers also have to know the value of Office staff and not abuse the Oncall phone and silly times of the morning wanting to know if they can have annual leave. The one group balances the other out, if they have regular meetings, knowing the frustrations out in the Care Field, as well as in the Office.

All can be combatted in a professional manner with good communication, enthusiasm, willingness to help, and maintaining an ethos that will always strive to raise the client up at the end of the day.
