We are incredibly proud to announce that Julia is our Carer of the Month for going truly above and beyond in her role.

When one of her clients was taken to hospital unexpectedly, Julia didn’t just complete her shift and leave. Instead, she chose to stay throughout the entire night to ensure her client felt safe, reassured, and heard during what was undoubtedly a frightening experience. Her compassion, dedication, and professionalism embody everything we stand for at Consummate Care UK.

Julia demonstrated outstanding commitment by putting her client’s emotional wellbeing first. Staying all night in a hospital environment is no small act — it shows genuine care, empathy, and a deep sense of responsibility. This is person-centred care in action.
