Best small franchise award

Caremark Doncaster was named the winner of the best small franchise award at the recent Caremark national conference. We beat off competition from dozens of other similar-sized businesses in the 136-strong UK and Ireland network.

We were singled out for our “exceptional performance” in 2025.

The judges said: “Along with a strong management team, owner Yomi Eletu is committed to constant improvements in quality and growth.

“Rapid business growth has occurred in the last two years with a particular emphasis on the private customer market. This market now stands at 65% of its total business.

“Year on year growth of 56% reflects an incredible year for Yomi and his team.”

This award comes just a year after Yomi was named the Caremark Rising Star of the Year. It follows a 500% rise in turnover in two years.

Yomi said: “I was delighted to accept this award, but I did so on behalf of everyone at Caremark Doncaster. Their contribution to our success simply cannot be measured.

“I never fail to be impressed by the lengths our staff will go to in supporting our customers in their own homes. They consistently go above and beyond each and every day, delivering the very highest quality of care.

“The carers are supported by an amazing management team with vast experience in the sector. They have made such a difference to the growth of the business over the last few years.

“I am extremely proud of them and it’s a great start to what I expect will be another very successful year for Caremark Doncaster.”
