There are many great things I could say about this person but I have decided not to. OH no, to focus on Resilience and development. The word snowflake is something I had never heard of before yet now it is commonly used to describe many in the UK work force. I am not sure what the direct opposite to a snowflake is but this person is it. This person also took a major step up during the pandemic. Her ability and talent has been evident for some time. when an opportunity came along to progress it was grabbed with both hands. Like a sponge she was learning and developing at a rapid rate making huge gains as well as many mistakes and learnings along the way. But, rather than letting these mistakes get her down this person presented her natural drive and resilience. Not everyone appreciated quite how far out of her comfort zone she was, but it was not lost on me. I have been so impressed with her openness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback positively. This is what learning and development is all about. When learning to ride a bike you must fall off a few times. It is no different when developing in your role.

By understanding this people evolve and grow. This person has played a huge part in developing the business and I am so very proud of her achievement so far and it gives me great pleasure to see her flourishing on her Caremark development journey. Keep falling off your bike and great things will follow.
