Treza Casterton has been selected as a finalist for the Home Care Worker Award which recognises the significant role of the home care worker in consistently providing a high quality standard for people living in their own homes.

Also selected is Kirsty Barnett for the Home Care Registered Manager Award which credits those who demonstrate a high level of expertise together with exceptional skills in managing the complex business of providing support and care to people in their own homes.

Treza and Kirsty, along with 100 other shortlisted nominations for the 19 categories of the Great East Midlands Care Awards, met with a panel of judges, who were all key professionals at senior management level from the care industry. The panel was so impressed with Treza and Kirsty that they had been invited to attend a spectacular gala dinner at the Belfry Hotel in Nottingham when the winners will be announced.

James Carratt, Managing Director of Clarriots Care, said: “The Great British Care Awards are an excellent way to celebrate the success in the care sector in the UK and we are delighted that two members of the Clarriots Care

Both Treza and Kirsty have overcome their own personal challenges in recent times, yet they have continued to deliver our care services to the utmost standards. Whether they win the award in their nominated categories or not, they are both very inspirational ladies and they are held in the highest regard by their peers and Clarriots Care.”

Clarriots Care would like to congratulate Treza and Kirsty for being selected as finalists. Although they didnt get to go to the finals we are very pleased that they got as far as they did and achieved so much, well done!
