Bluebird Care has improved their induction and probation period by introducing a buddy system to support all new staff.

They have demonstrated how they value their staff by introducing "Health and Work Champions" to support staff's wellbeing and further have mental health first aiders across the organisation for those that may require assistance in this area.

Bluebird Care have developed a culture which empowers people to bring ideas forward - and all ideas are listened to and recognised.
They further value staff by providing an open door policy with opportunities to further their education with on-going training and support, creating champions in specialised subjects.
