We are delighted to announce that Fairway’s self-grown Carer; Jodie has been awarded with the prestigious Home Care Newcomer Award at the regional Great British Care Awards. Jodie was described by the judging panel as “A passionate and dedicated individual who puts the service users at the heart of everything. An asset to the sector!”

Jodie was shortlisted and won the Homecare Newcomer Award. Jodie is one more off the production line of wonderful self-grown, care professionals that are making a real difference in the West Midlands.

Jodie completed the My Care Portfolio programme and demonstrates all the key ingredients of a wonderful carer. Empathy, a caring nature and compassion are crucial and she embodies them perfectly.
